Ow, Oo, Ee!!!
I'm back and my feet are intact! It was an amazing experience and didn't hurt a bit. It just proves what we can achieve when we focus on the outcome we want rather than what can go wrong! Had I allowed my thoughts to dwell on the possible consequences of those hot coals (and yes they really were glowing red hot) I would have burnt them.
This is a metaphor for getting on with changes necessary, however much you think you can't achieve them. Trust me, YOU CAN!
