Welcome to Cheshire Life Coaching and the premier Life Coaching organisation in Cheshire, serving Cheshire, North Shropshire and North Wales. I am a personal life coach, based near Malpas. In addition to working with individual clients, I also work with groups drawn either from personal or social networks.
I strongly believe that Life Coaching helps us to understand ourselves more completely and understand why we are the way we are. Life Coaching can help anyone take charge of their lives, by encouraging an attitude of personal responsibility for what happens.
